Hosting

During their 5-day performance residency in New Orleans each May, Birdfoot Festival artists are hosted by New Orleans community members, ideally in the Uptown area of New Orleans.
 
Birdfoot musicians are fun, easy guests: For the most part, their schedule necessitates them arriving at Tulane University’s Dixon Hall by 9 a.m. and they return (very quietly, of course!) most evenings at midnight or later. It is helpful, but not necessary for hosts to help with their transportation.
